- If the Port of Virginia total container volume for calendar year 2026 is above
3.25 million TEUs, then the market resolves to Yes.
The Underlying is the Port of Virginia’s total twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) for January through December 2026. Loaded and empty import and export TEUs are all included in the published total. The Port publishes these figures through its official Monthly Statistics workbook.
