Rules

If the Minnesota Department of Revenue reports that Minnesota taconite production for production year 2026 is above

28.525 million tons, then the market resolves to Yes.

The Underlying is the Total 2026 production tonnage in the Minnesota Department of Revenue’s Minnesota Taconite Production Summary. Production Tax report tonnages are used; weights are reported on a dry basis and exclude flux. The threshold is fixed at 28,525,103 tons.
