Rules
If a House-amended version of the Protect College Sports Act has passed the House after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.

The bill is S. 4668, the Protect College Sports Act, as passed by the Senate on Sept 28, 2026. It counts only if the House passes that bill with one or more House amendments, including an amendment in the nature of a substitute, by any vote form, including voice vote or suspension of the rules. If the House passes the bill without amendment, the market resolves to No immediately. Adopting an amendment without passing the bill, passage of any other bill (including a separate House bill with the same name), and committee action do NOT count.
